Coaching sessions are held on Zoom. You can join the meeting from any private, comfortable, and quiet space with reliable internet.

My earliest session is typically 7 PM Singapore time. I live in the United States, so I can easily meet with you for a session late at night.

Coaching sessions are held under a strict contract of confidentiality. Information you share cannot be disclosed or discussed with anyone else. No one has the right to know that you are working with a coach, or what we discuss. That includes family members and employers.
You deserve to feel confident that coaching is confidential, so please ask me if you have any questions!

With the skills and techniques I use, online coaching with video calling is just as effective as in-person coaching. I stand by this as a client too: Whenever I have wanted assistance with my own growth, I have meet professionals online.
I encourage you to make yourself comfortable for our sessions and take advantage of the scheduling freedom of remote coaching. Just plan to be in a private space with reliable internet and use a device suitable for video calling.

Another option is to click the "Free Consultation" button, which will take you to the client portal. New clients will need to create an account. You will receive a confirmation email when you schedule your consultation.

Sessions are S$165 for Singapore residents. I am happy to answer any questions you have about payment and booking.

You may reschedule or cancel at any time without any additional charges. To make this flexibility viable for me, I ask you to pay in advance of the session, give me as much notice as possible, and strive for realistically consistent attendance.

I accept PayNow for my clients paying in SGD.
If you are paying in another currency, we will work out a payment method that works for you.

No. A diagnosis can only be provided by a medical professional or a licensed mental health clinician. I believe in helping my clients understand themselves and how to meet their needs.
