I take pride in helping my clients overcome depression and anxiety. I am also passionate about helping my clients heal from trauma, abuse and grief.

stress and burnout, navigate complex family and relationship issues, and embrace autism and ADHD.

I specialise in using Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT). However, I frequently use techniques from other therapy orientations to fit my clients’ unique needs.

I have lived and worked in Singapore and the United States, providing therapy to people from around the world. I am dedicated to validating and respecting all cultures, perspectives, and identities.
